Tuesday through Friday9 am to 5 pm
Saturday 9 am to 3 pm

We will be CLOSED September 5th and 6th.

Are there always berries to pick?
Berries are natural products that ripen on their own schedule. And, they are first come first pick. You may also purchase pre-picked berries, as available. Blueberry season should start June 16. See ripening schedule.
Do I need to bring containers for the berries?
No, we have all the containers and picking baskets for your use.
Can I bring my children to the farm?
Certainly. Children are welcome at the market or to pick blueberries and blackberries with close adult supervision.
Do you have a bathroom?
We have facilities at the Market/Cafe.
Can I bring my dog to the farm?
Sorry, dogs are not invited. We have a lot of guests every day, and dogs are not part of the farm experience.
How early do I need to get there? Where do I park?
We don’t open the gate to the berries for pick your own until 8 am, but some people arrive before then to wait in our café parking lot. This is probably not necessary, but if you do arrive early, there is plenty of parking at the café/orchard, including down on the grass. When we open the gate to the berry fields, you may either drive your car down to that gate, or walk along the trees to cross the culvert to get to the berry fields. It is about a 5 minute walk.
When is the best time to pick berries?
Come early in the morning to avoid the heat. You may also choose to come later in the season because there is less congestion. And, since blackberries will ripen in July, you can pick both types of berries to take home with you.
How do I store berries?
Do not wash berries before storing them in the refrigerator or freezer. This ensures a longer storage time. Blueberries have a natural waxy coating to protect them. Blackberries and raspberries also store better if you do not wash them first.
How long does blueberry season last?
About 4-6 weeks. We now have later season-plants which should have blueberries well into July. For more information on blueberries, go to: www.blueberry.org .
Can we come pick apples?
During season we allow blueberry and blackberry picking and occasional black raspberry picking. We may schedule a few picking days for apples this year. Check back for more information.
